Antipasti SaladAll different types of cold cuts, cheeses, pickles, fresh vegetables, styled in the Italian way. Feeds 30 people.
Caprese SaladItalian buffalo mozzarella, fresh red field tomatoes and basil, lightly dressed with an olive oil and herb dressing. Feeds 30 people
Chef SaladChef salad with fresh delightful ingredients. Feeds 30 people
Arugula SaladFresh Arugula greens with bacon bits, hard boiled egg and special oil and vinegar dressing. Individual serving.
Dan's Pea SaladGuaranteed crowd pleaser, my friend Dan made this simple and delicious recipe using just peas, fresh red onion, salt and pepper. Feeds 30 people
Steak and Lobster is our specialty. Just like the old Italian steakhouse.
Steak & LobsterServed with fresh vegetables.
Chicken KievChicken Kiev (with garlic butter inside), asparagus, brussel sprouts, and salad.
Saute CodHand picked daily at Fisherman's cove, braised in Dutch butter, tossed in garlic and a touch of chili, along with Fettachini Alfredo and spinach.
Meatloaf and Stuffing loafFreshly made meat loaf along with a stuffing loaf. Feeds 8-10 people.
1/2 cracked crab1/2 cracked dungenous crab, fresh from the San Francisco Bay. Individual serving.
Spaghetti and meat ballsSpaghetti and Meatballs. All homemade. Serves 10-20 people
Italian Swiss ChardItalian Swiss Chard with bacon bits and sauteed in olive oil. Individual serving.
French Roll and cheesy butterA fresh French roll with some of our delicious creamy cheesy garlic butter spread.
Green Bean casseroleTraditional green bean casserole, like at Thanksgiving. Feeds 10-15 people
Pinto BeansClassic Pinto Beans. Feeds about 20 people
Fruit CupDelightful cups of fruit. Feeds 6 people
Clam ChowderClam chowder to die for. Feeds 20 people
Moet & Chandon - extra dryIf we were to serve a white wine, it would be bubbly, of course!
